I have leased some land for hunting and now the landowner has put it up for sale,he has said that the broker is to call before showing it,they have not,so hunting season is all most here so what can i do to keep all the people out ,or can i,i have it in wrighting that i decide who may use or visit property. Can i keep them from the land or what.

your lease should be good until sold then you can make a deal with new owner and get a refund from first owner if not take them to small claimes court
