What does “approx. lot is 3 TRACTS” mean?

I saw a home for sale in Hershey, PA. The description said “approximate lot is 3 TRACTS” with the word tracts in all caps. Does anyone know what this means?

It is referring to a conveyance of land. When a property is surveyed, it is broken down in to tracts (pieces of ownership) Let me give you an example. My grandmother owned about 188 acres. She deeded me a few acres. The acreage she deeded is called a tract of land. Most deed descriptions start out as “All that tract or parcel of land lying and being…..”
