Hello,
When you say ” Proper Info” do you want to find out the Tax Status, and Title Information of the Land? If so, you can call a local title company in the County the land is located in, ask for customer service, and give them the Assessors Parcel or Id number, and they can give you info like Open TD’s / Mortgages, Liens, and Current Tax Status. Or ask them for a property profile. You may need to get a relationship with the Title Officer, to have them get you one.
