I don’t but for that price you might be able to find a fixer up house with a $10,000 down payment ,maybe less. Sometimes the towns have a tax lien on properties and sell them at sealed bid auctions and the highest bidder gets the land but you have to get financing within 30-60 days. Look for a real estate agent and tell them what you are looking for. Maybe there is something in a town near those towns that might work for you. Try looking in NH where there are no income taxes just room and meals. Good Luck to you. I live in Sandwich NH and love the small town charm.
