I am purchaing property in Uvalde county, and will need to drill a water well. TO drill and Edwards well I will need to purchase one acre-ft of water rights. I have been unable to find persons or companies that would have these rights for sale.

Try contacting the LCRA Lower Colorado River Authority in Austin. If they aren’t in control of the aquifer then they can probably direct you.
