In malaysia also samething only one month notice.. but if you have the agreement mentioned other pls get advise from lawyer or your agent..

He should of gave you a 90 day notice and gave you time to find another house but he gave you the 30 days which nothing you can do. If he has a cause which he does he sold the building you will have to get out. If there is a rental agreement and it has a date on it that is later then the date he wants you to get out you can fight it and go to legal aid. I really think that was chicken poop if you ask me he could of least had the balls to tell you face to face that he was selling the building.
