Call your local museum or university. They would probably be willing to look at it for you and lead you to appropriate appraisers.
They may also be able to authenticate the Teddy Roosevelt signature.

just dont get your hopes up too much. its barely over 100 years old, not too much significance in the letter, and if its only one documents its probably not worth too much. hold on to it though.
yeah.. i would recommend talking to an insurance company and find out who they would recommend for appraisal of “antique” documents.
