Is there a statute of limitations on fraud?

Land sold for taxes. No notice given before sale. Only notified after sale. If address known for notification of sale, why not notified before sale, so that the taxes may be paid? Simple— Fraud.

it’s not fraud. fraud requires deception and there was none here. there was simply a lack of notification.

that is improper service and the statute of limitations depends on the state you live in. get a lawyer and get your property back. the alternative is to recover the value of the property. either way, this is probably too complex for a non-attorney to handle on his/her own.
