A land contract is a private arrangement btw buyer and seller and in most cases, a property will not be listed as a land contract since the seller would rather do a straight sale/purchase. However, you can search for lease properties with a purchase option since the L/C operates pretty much in the same way as a L/O.
The real estate “bubble” has officially bust. If you buy real estate now, chances are you will lose a LOT of money. Wait 5-10 years.
