The first doesn't convey enough info. (what do you improve?). The third has redundant info (a home improvement and a remodel are the same thing).

None of those, you company may change over the years so you want a flexible name. Apex, unless it is your name sounds too much like Acme the dynamite company from the road runner cartoons.
I would choose a name like Jones Builders., LLC then advertise for the market you are looking for like, Jones Builders., LLC specializing in home remodeling and repairs, no job too small. Then if you start doing small construction jobs like building sheds or garages or rebuilding entire homes your name will still fit.
If your family name is difficult to spell I would go with a name of a place like we have one in Seattle named "Washington Builders" they advertise, "With the rap of a hammer and a little bit more, Washington builders will make you house look like it never looked before"
