I live in Indiana. Does anyone know if you have to tell your mortgage company if you rent out your house?
If I were you I would just call your mortgage company and ask them!

That would depend on what type of loan you have. If you have a loan va or HUD loan you must live in the house for at least one year before you rent it out. Otherwise, you do not have to notify the mortgage company.
Regardless of what the contract says, if you pay the bill on time, nobody is going to know the difference.
