We will see the end of our superpower status – but it won’t be because of this economic crisis – the crisis is a symptom of the problem, not the problem itself. The problem is that for too long the American people have been lazy zombies watching their televisions, eating fast food, not educating themselves properly …. being lazy fat asses mentally and physically.
We surrendered our country to corporations who don’t give a rat’s ass about anything more than profit for themselves.

Why do I laugh every time I listen to Barney Frank talk? I know I’m being an asshole when I do, but he sounds like that funny drunk guy at the bar in some off-kilter sitcom who gives funny come-backs, but now and then provides profound insight, and every calls him “Barn.” After 5 seasons, a spin-off show is made about his mis-adventures in Florida called “Uncle Barn.”
