buy on lease option or land contract…which is better (safer) from buyer’s point of view?
why?
For example, if its problematic or potentially problematic that land contracts can trigger due on sale reaction from lenders, is it safer to just rent the property with the option to buy? and if you rent with the option to buy, can you record this somehow to prevent the seller from negatively affecting your interest?
