do you have an attorney? You may want to contact the Law Office or the bank that is handling the foreclosure. I am going through a similar situation. I was told that most foreclosures take anywhere from 6-8 months. You might be able to set up a paymet plan with the Bank or something, due to you situation with you husband. I would contack an attorney, if you don't have one, just in case!! Maybe you could try talking to your local congressman/woman or look for information on the internet about the procedures of foreclosures in your area or(state). Good Luck

Try to get a Loan from everybody you know (friends, family) Im sure they will understand if you explain it to them. Also from your Credit Card Company, such as a cash Advance. Pawn certain valuables you have at home do whatever it takes.

suggest u contact mortgage company and see if u can give them 'deed in lue of foreclosure with out recourse' – check with attorney on wording.
u will give the house back and they will not chase or harass ur for the amount due on the loan.

note a 'job' u love becomes a vocation not a 'JOB' and u'll earn more $$.

Sorry, the only way to prevent the sale is to pay the mortgage. the mortgage company has the right to foreclose on a home if the owner does not pay the debt. In this case the foreclosure has already occurred and now the bank is trying to get its money by selling your home. You solve this problem before you default on the loan, not after, by discussing your problem with the mortgage company, trying to refinance, or get other help.
You can save your home it by buying it yourself. If you are lucky no one will show up at the sale and you may be able to buy it back for a very small amount. Or a kind soul will buy it for you and let you pay them over time. I hope someone does that. Good luck. You are one of thousands of people in the same situation today.

Have you tried to get SSD for him? Try at the Department of Human Services. I dont think that will save your home but it may make life a little easier. I am so sorry.
