1) Before you do this, have the home inspected for signs of whether the termites have returned.
2) It depends on whether the warranty from the treatment company covers only the persons who owned it then or also subsequent buyers of the home.

If the job done right you'll be able to minimize the issue, especially if you get a guarantee from the pest company and prepay 1-5 years worth of touch ups and inspections. You could also pay for a house warranty for the buyer.
If it's been done right and regular inspections by pros give a clean bill of health I'd guess you'll be fine.

99% of homes will have a wood destroying pest problem whether it is termites, water damage, or mold. When you sell a home, usually what happens is you go into an agreement to have an inspection done to the house. If there is any active infestation, the seller should pay for the work(normally called section 1 termite work(known as active infestation.). The buyer would be responsible for preventative measures, like a sprinkler that is hitting the side of the home, which could cause a wood destroying situation in the future, this is known as Section 2 termite work.
As far as the affects of the price when you resell it, depends on how much wood destroying pest problems you have when you sell, anywhere from 60 dollars for the inspection to 1000's for wood replacement and treatments.
