Nice video Becky! Love your house. To avoid the “tomato boom” you should plant “indeterminate” tomato plants. Determinates ripen over 3-4 weeks and create the “tomato boom”. Indeterminate vines continue to grow and produce fruit all season until frost. You will need to stake them.
