why?
For example, if its problematic or potentially problematic that land contracts can trigger due on sale reaction from lenders, is it safer to just rent the property with the option to buy? and if you rent with the option to buy, can you record this somehow to prevent the seller from negatively affecting your interest?
i want to knw abt land sales agreement advice bcause 7 months back we made agreement to sale our property and get advance, as per stamp paper the party agreed to buy our property with in 90 days terms but now the agreement is expired what to do now we want to cance the agreement what to do?
just bought a car from ebay but it has private plates on it which the seller don't want to sell with it. He is going to put on old number plates that were on them when he bought them. How do i go about collecting it and driving it home as the log book and tax disc wont match.
Is it the seller responsibility to get new log book and tax disc or is it mine?
